- License/Certifications: Active Endoscopy RN license, advanced procedure competency (ERCP, EUS, bronchoscopy, EBUS)
- Experience: Fully competent in all endoscopic procedures, including advanced and pulmonary procedures

What You'll Do - Provide expert nursing care during all endoscopic procedures, including advanced techniques such as ERCP, EUS, bronchoscopy, and EBUS
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
- Respond promptly to on-call emergencies within 30 minutes in accordance with facility protocols
- Assist with bariatric procedures and operate the ION Robot as needed
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and uphold the organization's mission and values
- Support hospital initiatives and contribute to a positive patient experience
What You Need - Required: Active Endoscopy RN license, proficiency in advanced endoscopic and pulmonary procedures, strong clinical skills
- Preferred: Experience with bariatric procedures and ION Robot, ability to function independently across all endoscopy areas
- Key skills: Critical thinking, attention to detail, excellent communication, adaptability for on-call responsibilities
About the Assignment This assignment is at a prominent healthcare facility in Baton Rouge, LA, specializing in advanced endoscopy and pulmonary care. Nurses must be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment and be willing to participate in emergency team responses if needed. The role involves day shifts M-F, with on-call responsibilities during after-hours, weekends, and holidays.
